Delete your Noku account

This page is the public account-deletion request path for Noku – AI Knowledge Companion (io.noku.app), published by Noku. You can use it even if Noku is no longer installed.

Fastest option: delete inside Noku

If you can still open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the request while signed in. Noku first asks the service to erase the account, then clears the account's local data after the server confirms deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email t3ch1ee@gmail.com from the address associated with your Noku sign-in. Use the subject Noku account deletion request and include:

Do not attach your source documents. We may ask you to verify control of the sign-in account before deletion. We will acknowledge the request and complete it as soon as reasonably possible.

Data covered

Deleting the account removes the active Noku sign-in identity and active service data associated with it, including synchronized library records, private attachments, highlights, progress, learning records, preferences, and active voluntary AI-output reports. Store subscription and transaction records are controlled by Apple or Google; deleting Noku does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in the store's subscription settings if it is still active.

Operational logs, provider records, backups, fraud/security records, and records that must be retained for legal reasons can follow separate retention periods. Copies on an offline device can remain until that device reconnects and receives the confirmed deletion signal. The Privacy Policy explains these limits and the providers involved.

If you used Noku only as a guest and never linked a Google or Apple account, there is no named Noku account to delete. Your library is local to the device; use the app's controls to remove it or uninstall Noku. You can still email us about provider-processed data or another privacy request.
